		<description>I do agree with you wholeheartedly on this and as an exchange owner myself I worry about whether I am sending too many emails and are my emails quality ones. Does my emails do anything to help my members? That's what the bottom line is....our members. 

We should never take advantage of our ability to mail our members. If we send out emails they should contain something that will benefit members. I hope if I ever get out of line with my emails that someone will tell me. And I hope it never comes to this. I do strive to please my members.

Owning and operating an exchange is not just about making money (in my opinion) but about networking and providing a quality service that results in a win/win situation for both admins and members.

I do hate getting tons of emails from exchange owners promoting the same thing. Especially when I get 50 emails from different exchanges all promoting the same new exchange launch.

Well, there's my 2 cents. Thanks for this post. It had to be said.
