Tab surfing in Firefox
This tip is intended to make your surfing of traffic exchanges more efficient. As a traffic exchange owner, I don’t advocate cheating and finding ways to automate the surfing process. Since the whole point of a traffic exchange is to view each others’ sites, tabbed surfing just makes it easier, but not automated.
What is tab surfing?
In Firefox, you can open several traffic exchanges in different tabs, but in the same window. Thus, when the you’ve looked at the page but before the time is up, you can actually click on the next tab to view another site. It is technically possible to open as many tabs to hold as many exchanges as you want, but it’s not that efficient to have more than 4-5 tabs open.
Keyboard shortcut
To move to the next tab, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Tab or Ctrl + Page Down. You will still have to click on the traffic exchange icon to receive credit and move on to the next site, but using the keyboard shortcut means that you don’t have to move your cursor up to click on the next tab.
